A highly original 1956 Jaguar XK140 factory Right Hand Drive Fixed Head Coupe with manual transmission is finished in Birch Grey and complemented with contrasting red leather trim.

 

Manufactured on 17th February 1956 and delivered to the first owner via C. H. Truman & Co Ltd Nottingham UK to Mr Sydney Harold Coggins of Radcliffe on Trent and is quite a rare model with only 842 being built.

 

The car made its way to Australia in 1986.

 

The XK140 is powered by a 3.4litre twin overhead cam engine.

Even though this car benefitted from an older restoration the quality leather trim, superb walnut veneers, carpets and wool cloth headlining all present in wonderful condition. The bright work is excellent and body and chassis in sound condition.
